FAQ'S
What is Brow Lamination?
Lacquer Brow Lamination is the hottest new trend taking the industry by storm. No matter how many products you’ve tried; brow gel, pomade, soap brows you name it, it is impossible to achieve a fluffy look that will stay in place all day, let alone up to 8 weeks…until now.
Lacquer Brow Lamination is a custom brow formulated 3 step lamination system compliant with Health Canada. This system can be applied to even the most stubborn brow hairs and will realign the directional hair growth and overall shape of the brows for up to 8 weeks.
This treatment creates the look of added volume and fluffiness by combing the brow hairs over sparse areas and often upwards resulting in that Instagram model perfect fluffy eyebrow look. Consider it a Brazilian blowout for your brows.
How long does it last/ how often can I get the procedure?
Lacquer Brow Lamination results will vary from client to client but in most cases last upwards to 8 weeks. Once the brow hairs have completed their growth cycle, clients can repeat the procedure again.
Pre & Post Care
The aftercare is very simple when it comes to Brow Lamination. The most important points are:
Do not wet your eyebrows for 24-48 hours
Avoid touching the brow area at the risk of transferring oils
Do not apply makeup to the brows for 24 hours post-treatment
Do not apply RetinA, AHA, or exfoliate the brow area for 72 hours before or after the treatment
No self-tanner products should be used on the face for at least 48 hours post-treatment
Apply Lacquer Brow Balm daily (we suggest before bed)
Comb the hairs into place each day
We are chemically treating the brow hairs so it is normal for the brows to feel slightly dry post-procedure. This is why the aftercare Lacquer Brow Balm is a must.
